We can only renew domain names that we registered on your behalf. If your domain was registered by you or another company then it is your responsibility to renew the domain name before it expires.

If we did register the domain for you we will renew it on or before the day of expiration only for active domains and accounts. If you have terminated and parked your domain with us when it is time for renewal we will not renew the domain. We require an active account with our company before we will renew a domain.

If you have an inactive domain on your account and you are still hosting other domains with us or are still and active customer with our company you can choose to renew parked domains by checking the option in your control panel to renew non-hosted domains.
