Once your account is terminated with our service you will receive instructions on moving your domain to your new providers registry. If you fail to move the domain prior to the domains expiration, the domain will not be renewed. In order to resolve this issue you must send a  check made out to LightHouse Hosting for the cost of a non-hosted domain registration. Please see our web site for pricing. Once the check is received we will renew the domain for you but you must move the domain to another registry.

We do not accept credit card transactions for domain renewals if you no longer host a domain with us.
