This form should be completed with all the rquired information. The information provided is processed through our billing department for accuracy. Once the account is properly validated support will process the account or domain termination.

Domains with past due balances will not be processed. All accounts must be up to date prior to moving the DNS. If any information on the termination form is invalid the request will not be processed. Only valid account / domain holders are authorized to terminate service.
